We also specialize in bilingual babysitters, so if you are bilingual / multilingual, that is a plus.

This is how you become a babysitter
Send your application
We review all applications on regular basis. If we have families that suit your profile, we will contact you within a week. Otherwise, we will save your
application until we have a suitable family and will contact you then.

The next step is an interview. We go through your background, your experience and your future plans. After the interview, your application is added to our active database and we start matching

Meeting with the family
When we have found a suitable family and you are interested, we will send a presentation of you to the customer. In case the family wants to meet you, we will assist with booking your first meeting with the family .
Agreement and follow-up
If both you and the family are satisfied and want to start working together we sign an employment contract. You will be employed by us and work for the family. We regularly follow up to make sure that everything goes well.

Long-term commitmentCan you commit to working as a babysitter for a long period of time? We would like our babysitters to stay with us for at least a year, but preferably even longer.

Do you meet our conditions?You must be 18 years old or older and have a valid work permit. You also need to speak Swedish or English fluently in order to communicate with our office.

Can I choose my working hours?
Most families need help with pick-up from school / preschool on weekdays.
Therefore, the working hours are usually between 15.00-18.00 or 16.00-
19.00.

Most families need help with babysitting 1 to 3 kids.

We always check what age you feel comfortable working with and whether you can take care of more than one child. Note: the fewer restrictions you have the easier it is to match you with a family.
What will I be expected to do?
Babysitting normally includes picking up children from preschool / school,
going home, preparing a simple meal, doing creative activities together and
making sure the children are safe and secure! Communication with the

Where do families live?
Our customers are located around the whole Stockholm area. We do our best
to match you with the family that lives as close as possible. It will usually
take you 20-45 minutes to travel to the family location.
